Joyce is an experienced information systems specialist with significant experience in project management, programming, social media and internet marketing and business process outsourcing.

Joyce has over 12 years of progressive experience in various project management roles with Wananchi Group, Bunson Travel, Karen Blixen Camp, Maasai Mara North Conservancy and currently running her own virtual assistant business – http://www.pakenya.com/ that supports leading entrepreneurs from around the world to achieve their business objectives by providing world class virtual assistant services.

Joyce is fluent in English and Swahili and has a good command of French. She has a  BSc. International Business Administration ( United States International University, Kenya) and an MSc. Management Information Systems ( Akron University, Akron,OH

Joyce brings the following  skills to any assignment: strategic planning, marketing, social media and online public relations expertise, business process re-engineering and customer service.

Joyce is an alumnus of the Cherie Blaire E Mentoring program and has served on the board of OWIT Kenya as the Vice President for Membership. Joyce lives in Nairobi Kenya and is the mother of two little energetic boys aged 3  years and 11 months.
